Three packages: Présence from 6 500 MAD, Réservations Directes from 14 000 MAD, Riad Premium from 25 000 MAD. The price includes the first year of domain, hosting, email and AI usage. After that, a yearly plan from 1 300 MAD to 4 900 MAD depending on the package.

Between 10 and 45 working days depending on the package, counted from the moment I receive the deposit and all your content. The date is written in the quote: each week late on my side gives you 5% off, up to 20%.

Keep those platforms to be found. Your website is where bookings can happen without commission: returning guests, recommendations, Google, Instagram. Every direct booking is a platform commission you keep. The calculator on the home page gives you the order of magnitude for your riad.

It answers your guests on your existing WhatsApp Business number and in a chat window on your website (Réservations Directes and Riad Premium packages), at any hour, using your riad’s information: rooms, prices, transfers, arrival times. It replies in the guest’s language: French, Arabic, Darija (Moroccan Arabic), English, Spanish and other languages.

It doesn’t guess. It tells the guest it is passing the question on, and you get an alert on your personal WhatsApp so you can reply yourself. You stay in control at all times.

Not directly: you send me your changes on WhatsApp and I take care of them. Small text, photo and price changes are included in the yearly plan.

You do, once the project is fully paid: the domain name, the website code and content, your WhatsApp Business number and your Meta account are in your name. Only the AI service account behind the assistant stays in my name: its usage is part of the yearly plan. If you stop working with me, you keep your files and your domain.

50% on order, 50% at launch, by bank transfer. An invoice is provided.

A yearly plan takes over: 1 300 MAD (Présence), 3 600 MAD (Réservations Directes) or 4 900 MAD (Riad Premium) a year. It covers hosting, domain, email, AI usage, updates, small text and photo changes, keeping the assistant’s knowledge up to date, and site monitoring. For the assistant, 3 600 guest conversations a year are included, WhatsApp and website together; beyond that, 100 MAD per block of 100 conversations, and you are alerted at 80%. New features are quoted separately.

Yes, with the Riad Premium package: your software’s booking engine is built into your site. It works with most booking engines that offer a widget. Without software, custom booking syncs with your Booking.com and Airbnb calendars (iCal).
